We created an advanced version of CHOREO so that our customers who feel confident in the choreography can have a class sans demo. We recommend you've taken a minimum of 25 CHOREO or CARDIO SPLASH classes prior to Advanced.

BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP:

Bodyweight Bootcamp pulls exact punching combinations and other common jabs moves straight out of our monthly choreography; instead of performing them in a choreographed, rhythmic manner, you isolate each exercise for a longer period of time and take it at your own pace. The majority of exercises are isolated for 30-60 seconds per exercise.

ABS:

Our core is the foundation of our body’s ability to perform movements safely. Keeping your intrinsic core stabilizers strong and functional is not only important for JABS, but for movements performed in everyday life. JABS Abs helps you learn how to properly engage your core during all kinds of moves - plank work, supine ab work, obliques, standing abs, and even some cardio movements and jabbing. This class also works to strengthen the lower back. We find many of our customers come to us solely for our Abs formats, and we love being able to compliment and support other parts of your training routine!

BANDS: 

Bands are an incredible piece of equipment - not only are they light weight and easy to store, but there are countless exercises you can do with them. Unlike a dumbbell, when you use a band to perform an exercise, your muscle is under constant tension. Our BANDS classes are great for functional training, improving joint mobility, as well as strengthening the stabilizer muscles.

ABS & BANDS:

This class is a more dynamic version of Abs. In ABS & BANDS we add the element of the band and focus the exercises on strengthening all areas of what you'd consider to be the core: your pelvic floor muscles, hip flexors, transverse abdominis, external obliques, glutes, and lower back. (and your rectus abdominis of course!)

The perfect strength workout to compliment your jabbing. This workout will strengthen all the muscles in our arms and upper back that we use in our Cardio, Choreo, and Combos classes!

LOWER BODY BLAST:

The type of strength training that will have you SWEATING! This format focuses primarily on your posterior chain (think: Glutes, hamstring complex, calves) to keep your body strong, functional, and balanced! We live very anterior-dominant lifestyles - sitting, walking, running - so we make sure to hone in on the muscles you might be missing to prevent muscle imbalances. We keep LOWER BODY BLAST low-moderate impact; if there is every an exercise that requires a jump, we always give a non-jumping option.
