“I just wanted to say, for the last 3 weeks now, I have woken up sore, everyday. EVERYDAY. Look, I'm not new to fitness either. I ran a marathon, I teach pilates, I'm a physical therapist, I go to yoga about 4x a week. I never once felt strong or comfortable in my body, I keep waiting for "results" and modifying this and that, and this new class and blah blah blah. I am so used to "going where I feel comfortable" or "finding what feels good" that I never felt like I go the PUSH that you has taken me to my new level. I straight up feel strong and more accomplished during this quarantine than I have ever have in normal life. You got me FUCKED UP because NOW i'm like Holy shit! I am getting a better workout in my damn living room than spending all this time and all this money and all this stress in a GYM.”
“Gina! I compete with my coworkers through the fitness app…. my active calories DOUBLED my coworkers active calories after taking your abs class compared to a stationary cardio. IF THAT DOESN’T SAY ANYTHING…”

"Today is my first day WFH and therefore my first opportunity to be able to do a Zoom class with you. Full transparency, I kind a was like ugh why don’t I just go for a run how can a Zoom workout class actually be that productive. I don’t know how these usually are led by other instructors but I was shocked with how you led the class the same exact way you would if we were all in person. From the random shout outs to you trying to pump us all up through a stream it was really impressive and I am now, more than ever, so fortunate to have found you and JABS."

“No need to respond but I wanted to say thank you. First, i’m OBSESSED with your classes!!!!! They are phenomenal. The actual highlight of my day. Second, you are a fitness genius. No matter how hard I workout, I always hold fat in my midsection. For the past year I’ve been working out 6 days a week doing cycle and “cross fit” classes and seen little to no improvement. I’ve seen more improvements in the last two weeks (thanks to you <3) than I have in an entire year!!! Also I wanted to thank you for inviting me to join your online jabs community. “Gina - Just wanted to send you a note to say THANK YOU to you and all of your instructors for offering SO many chances to work out on a daily basis during this unreal time. I feel like now more than ever its hard to feel good about yourself - your hairs never done, your roots are coming in, your nails are a mess, your eyelash extensions have like four strangling eyelashes, you don't even know what a bra is anymore, whatever. But your and your instructors classes have IMMEDIATELY put me in a good mood, feeling confident and strong and PROUD of myself.“

"So far, I am up 16 classes in total over Zoom and I can't even believe how many I have taken. They are seriously the highlights of my days at home & make me want to show up!!! As a person who has relied on group fitness for most of my college years for my own sanity, I was anxious when gyms were closing. Group fitness has changed my mental health in a way that I cannot even explain. I never even knew it was possible to bring the team group fitness aspect literally into my own home, but you've managed to create a stronger community online than any in person class I have EVER been to."

"I seriously haven’t been able to find a class I've wanted to show up for... I’ve tried spinning, cross training, and circuit training, and I’ve never wanted to show up for them continuously. I just have forced myself to go to stay healthy. This was only my second class and I know I’ve finally found my type of class, now I get when people are like “find that class that you want to show up for everyday”-I was always like when will I find it?!!! The amount of energy I have is unreal. I’ve never felt this after a workout."

"Words cannot express how grateful I am for this morning! I have been trying to keep active by running indoors this past winter but honestly have trouble doing any strength training. I have fallen off the wagon BIG TIME and lost motivation. This gives me so much hope when I was feeling lost so thank you for your energy, your commitment especially during this public health freak out, and being our leader <3 This morning makes me want to try harder so I can build that strength up again.
