When will my subscription automatically end?
Your subscription will automatically end when JABS On-Demand closes on June 30, 2022.
How do I subscribe?

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time. To cancel your subscription, navigate to the upper right corner icon and click "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION", from there click "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION". You will receive an email confirmation and your video access will exist until the next charging cycle, but you will not be further charged.
We also offer the option to pause your subscription. You will can find your pause options under "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION" as well.
When will I be billed for my subscription?
Subscriptions are charged on the same day each month, depending on when you initially subscribed. If you first subscribed on March 15th, your next charge will be on April 15th.
What equipment do I need?
Each video has recommended equipment listed as you hover over the video. Some common pieces of equipment include: 2-3lb dumbbells, mat, band, and 8-10lb dumbbells.
We have a large selection of no-equipment workouts as well. You can filter by Equipment there is a "No Equipment" filter for you.
I’m new to working out; where should I start?
We have an incredible BASICS program for you. After Basics you will be ready to take any Season on our platform. Take any one that sounds most fun to you. Read about our different Seasons by heading to the Browse page (https://jabsunlimited.jabsbygina.com/browse) and clicking "Suggested Schedules" on the navigation bar.

How do I plan my week with JABS?
We’ve taken care of the planning for you; our holistic approach ensures you are training and resting each muscle group the proper amount. Follow each Season in sequential order from Episode 1 - Episode 10. We recommend inserting 2 rest days per Season.
