This is a month-long training program 3x/ week in October at 6:25am-7am EST (All trainings on Zoom)

This program is focused on HR-elevated strength, the way I prefer doing strength training, where you focus on muscle group isolation while maintaining an elevated heart-rate throughout the workout. And we’ll be elevating in the best way we know possible - jabbing. This will be a mix of choreo, combos (add-on style, and some random combos thrown into the training) for a workout that isn’t only effective and fun, but also is fulfilling in the way where you leave the workout feeling energized and satisfied.

This is a great program for you if you are not a huge choreo person, or if you also enjoy strength/want to add more strength into your routine because choreo will not be a huge component, there will be no choreo memorization or anything like that. We’re just doing enough cardio to get the heart rate up for the strength.

I am receiving lots of requests for abs, so abs will be incorporated in half of the trainings: 10/2 Core, 10/12 Full Body, 10/13 Back, 10/16 Obliques, 10/25 Core, and 10/27 Full Body.

Within 24 hours of your enrollment in the program you will receive a welcome email as well as calendar invites to whichever email you use to sign up (your PayPal email) and these will contain the links and necessary equipment for each day.

Monday 10/2 CORE focus
Thursday 10/5 ARMS focus
Friday 10/6 GLUTES focus

Week 2:
Wednesday 10/11 INNER THIGH focus
Thursday 10/12 FULL BODY
Friday 10/13 BACK focus

Week 3:
Monday 10/16 OBLIQUES focus
Wednesday 10/18 CARDIO
Friday 10/20 LOWER focus

Week 4:
Wednesday 10/25 CORE focus
Thursday 10/26 ARMS focus
Friday 10/27 FULL BODY

Please double check your personal schedule before enrolling. In my past programs, there have been make-ups included (i.e. if you had to miss a class), which I am not offering this time around. This is because I do not anticipate to be doing many throughout October and I don’t have the dates for those yet.
