“The abs class we did this week left me sore for THREE days. I’ve never experienced this in my life. I played college tennis and have never done a workout that’s left me sore more than two days.”

I woke up this morning after abs thinking i wouldn’t feel it because I work out 7 days per week, do group fitness and it take a lot for me to feel sore anymore. I woke up and immediately typed into google “are my ribs broken” because I’ve never been so sore in my core before. Straight up. I am still reeling -- in disbelief. I feel like I’ve been punched in the gut in the BEST way.”


"So crazy how I can see my abs changing with every class I take. Nothing I’ve ever done before has been as effective as Jabs!! Gina, Ali, Sami, Shay: you’re all amazing!!

Just wanted to say thank you and I have loved each of the 4 different formats I’ve taken so far, but especially finally trying an abs class last night! I’m so sore from 35 mins of abs, but also class made me realize that I definitely don’t always engage my core correctly and rely on strength from my arms or other areas (like in the move where we had legs straight up and switched sides raising each arm w weight). The way you explained each move and where we should feel it was SO helpful because I think so many times that’s what is missing in other classes and you don’t even know if you’re doing an exercise right. I’m now even more motivated to keep coming back and honestly really excited to build up my core strength.”

No matter how hard I workout, I always hold fat in my midsection. For the past year I’ve been working out 6 days a week doing cycle and “cross fit” classes and seen little to no improvement. Ali is amazing! I love her reminder that “remember you are doing this for yourself”! I needed to hear that!

“Ok I just realized today how much stronger my core has gotten since starting JABS!!! I joined my mom for a workout she was doing and I literally felt my core engaged in EVERY EXERCISE. I never knew how to engage/activate my core before (tbh didn’t even know I was supposed to engage it in most exercises, as dumb as that may sound). And I didn’t even have to think about using my core ....it kinda just happened. Anyways, I just thought it was cool and exciting when I noticed my core was working the whole time “


“Just wanted to share that I have never felt the level of hatred and then love towards the same person within the same hour as I did towards you during abs today. 🤣 That was SO hard but SO GOOD. Abs have never been a real strength for me but I'm starting to feel such a difference in the rest of my body as I build core strength. Also I'm feeling motivated to eat better because I want them to show now that they're getting stronger?? What a concept. Anyway, thank you for the torture. Very very worth it.”
