“Hi Ali! I just took your bands class (my fourth JBG class, first bands class, and first one with you), and I wanted to say thank you for such a great, quick workout!! I don’t know what I was expecting, but I didn’t anticipate sweating and getting such a good workout in with a 35-minute class. I really appreciated your energy and encouragement, and I can’t wait to take your class again on Sunday. Thanks again!”

“Gina. Omg. Just finished your abs class and it was insane. By far the best abs class let alone workout class Ive ever taken and I can feel my body still shaking. I also took bands this morning with Ali and learnt so much... who knew u could deadlift with a band. I can’t wait for my upcoming classes and thank u for so many good ones!!”
