JABS COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

JABS is committed to taking all of the necessary precautions in ensuring the health and safety of our community. Here is what you can expect upon arriving at our studios in NYC.

At check in:

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your class. Doors will shut 5 minutes after class begins.

  • Mandatory touchless temperature checks and verbal screenings for all staff, instructors, and community members.

  • Masks will be required at all times while inside the building.

  • Please bring minimal personal belongings as lockers will not be available. JABS will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

During the workout:

  • Masks are to be worn until you are in your assigned spot.

  • Headsets will be provided.

  • Reduced class capacity to maintain social distancing. We ask that you remain in your designated, assigned spot.

  • Please bring your own water bottle as there will not be an option to purchase drinks at the venue.

Equipment:

  • All items will be sanitized before and after use.

  • Equipment will not be shared amongst class participants between cleanings.

  • Option to bring your own weights and/or mat if you feel more comfortable in doing so.

  • JABS will not provide resistance bands for bands classes. BYOB for any classes requiring a band.

  • BYO towel

After class:

  • Equipment and headsets will be disinfected after each class.

  • We ask that you limit your time spent indoors before and after class to allow for the next group to safely enter.

We're in this together:

  • Please stay home if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or have been in contact with someone who has.
